How
are “The Company” products unique?
“The Company” products are safe, effective and will out-perform any
similar product you can buy. Many of our products are either patented or
proprietary and provide our customer with exceptional values. Many are
also highly concentrated and provide exceptional performance at a low
cost-per-use.
Are “The Company” products environmentally friendly?
Yes. “The Company” offers many products in concentrated formulas. Our
products are phosphate-free and utilize naturally derived ingredients.
Does “The Company” offer information in other
languages?
Yes, “The Company” currently offers literature in Spanish, Chinese,
French and Korean. We also have associates in Product Support and Business
Development who speak these languages, as well as Russian.
I'd like to place my own order rather than receive my
Backup Order, what is the deadline for ordering?
You need to place your order by the last day of each calendar month. The
best time to place your order is before the 20th of the month. This helps
alleviate delays in ordering and receiving “The Company”
products.
You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All order times are
based on the Mountain Time Zone, your order must be completed by midnight,
Mountain Time, on the last day of each month. Orders placed on “The
Company” Web site cannot be backdated.
How will my order be shipped?
In the U.S., deliveries are sent by United States Postal Service (USPS).
In Canada, deliveries are shipped Expedited Parcel Service (EPS) by Canada
Post, and delivery time is based on the carrier’s regular schedule.
“The Company” also offers a variety of priority shipping options,
designed to serve you according to your individual needs. (Costs for
expedited shipping vary; call Product Support for details.)
How long does it take to get my order?
Within 5 to 10 working days of shipment. Note: Orders placed during the
last week of the month may be delayed because of the large volume of
orders we receive at that time.
If I don’t have my order in 10 days, who should I
call?
Call Product Support at 1-800-282-3000 or Business Development at (208)
522-0870. We’ll help you find your package.
Enrolling
Preferred Customers
I
want to order “The Company” products online, but I am not a member of
“The Company”. Can I order without becoming a member?
You must be a “Company” Preferred Customer to order online.
If I enroll, am I required to build a business?
While “The Company” believes it offers America's premiere home-based
business opportunity, Preferred Customers are not required to build a
business. Thousands of households across North America use quality "Company” products, but are not currently pursuing a business
opportunity.
What are the benefits of enrolling a new customer?
Establishing an Independent "Company" Marketing
Organization. Consistent enrollments make your organization grow. You also
receive a Product Introduction Bonus on your enrollees' first calendar
month orders up to 100 Base Points. For enrollers to qualify for the
Production Introduction Commission, the enrollee must place an order in
the first month. If the enrollee receives a Backup Order or Select Pak in
the first month or enrollment, no Product Introduction Commission will be
paid.

Monthly
Business Reports and Commissions
Who
receives a Monthly Business Report?
All Marketing Executives who maintain active organizations and produce the
required Base Points receive a Monthly Business Report that details the
activity within their organization, and their commission and bonus checks.
This document is extremely valuable for tracking and reviewing business
progress. The commission and bonus check includes your Organization
Commissions, Product Introduction Commission, and applicable leadership
bonuses as detailed in “The Company” Compensation Plan.
When do I receive my Monthly Business Report?
Monthly Business Reports and checks are mailed on the 15th of each month
(if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, they are mailed the following
business day), via United States Postal Service first-class mail. If you
have not received it by the 25th of the month, please call Business
Development.
How do I view my Business Reports online?
To view your Monthly Business Report online, you must subscribe to InTouch.
This is a monthly subscription for Directors and above, which allows you
to receive by fax a weekly update of your business report. For more
information or to subscribe, please call “The Company” Business
Development at (208) 522-0870.
Online Business Reports for the previous month will be posted to your
internet account at 12:00 am on the 16th of the current month, and will be
available until the 15th of the following month. This report is identical
to the report you receive in the mail.
For what time period are commission and bonus checks
paid?
On sales activity during a calendar month. They are calculated on product
sales volume from the first through the last business days of the calendar
month.
